Testing bench for induction motors

Bench СИАД – 5.12 is intented for rating AC electric motor in various duties by testing primery detector elecric signals  and followup transforming to elecrtomechanical and energetic machine characteristics and conditions.

Test profiles: manual, automatic. There will be rotation frequency of motor under test modulation and monitoring, as well as shaft load by eddy current brake moment measuring.

In the course of testing in special software measuring and control of motor under test features, monitoring, elaboration (trase), pretension and output of test results are conducted.

Measured and controled features:

3	Measuring of rotation frequency of electric motor under test , rpm.	120 ÷ 15000

5	Total name plate rating and bogey value of rated current and voltage
6	Winding resistance at DC and nonrunning engine at each phase shift depending on   Δ или Y
7	Averaged value of starting current and starting torque in regard to nomenal	relative unit
8	Efficiency, slip and power factor test	0÷1
9	Electric motor housing and winding temperature	up to 120°С

Bench primary qualification as per GOST РВ 0008-002-2013.

Bench СИАД – 5.12 includes: worktable with induction loading device, control panel, interconnecting wires and cabels kit, operation manual, disk with software and instruction manual, benchwork tools, spares and tool kit, passport.
